The Bolder Company introduces Teams that Work: The Five Behaviors™ , to teach the essential skills that raise connection and accomplishment across organizations. Using the Wiley Five Behaviors Personal Development solution you’ll learn to become better teammates by integrating Patrick Lencioni’s model at the organizational level.

The goals of this program are to completely redefine teamwork and collaboration and to incorporate exercises and conversations that bring the concepts to light using the Bolder Company’s unique experiential approach. The three-class series encourages application of concepts, integration of behaviors, and a generous dose of humor and interaction.

The Wiley Five Behaviors Personal Development program was designed specifically to work for individuals; you do not need to be with your teammates to learn the core skills for team success. Rather, you can carry the takeaways of this program from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork. Learners at all levels of an organization will benefit from this program and adopt its powerful principles, shape behaviors, and create a common language that empowers people to rewrite what it means to work together.

This class includes:

  • Five Behaviors online assessment

  • Three 2.5 hour classes on Zoom

Friday mornings from 9-11:30AM.

These are “cameras on” sessions that invite full participation.
