The Personality Puzzle – DiSC® for Managers

Unlock the personal perspectives, motivations, and preferences that make you who and how you are. Then turn the lens outwards to learn how to understand and manage others. Included in this session are strategies for understanding how each “type” is likely to behave under stress and strategies to work with type for optimal understanding and performance.

This class is intended to create self-awareness first and then empower you to interact more effectively with others. All Bolder classes are fun and highly interactive, utilizing our signature Learn-It-Do-It-Own-It approach to help you build practices and muscle memory for lasting results. Prepare to engage, Bolder Co is ready to help you laugh and learn.

Includes DiSC® Manager Online Assessment and report, which is suitable for participants at all levels.

*Bonus half-hour: from 11:30-12:00 available after each call for extra Q&A and strategizing

Class One: DiSC® & You, March 19 – In the first session you’ll review and digest the outcomes of your DiSC® Manager assessment. Includes:

  • Identifying your strengths and opportunities

  • Reading and understanding others

  • Recognizing personality fit on your team

Class Two: Applying DiSC® Principles to Manage Others, March 26 – The second session will support your ability to manage others by understanding who they are and how best to communicate with them. Includes:

Directing & Delegating effectively based on type insights

Addressing Conflict & Challenge for win-wins

Motivating others, creating an environment that activates strengths

Class Three: Applying DiSC® Principles to Influence, April 9– The third session focuses on influencing others, whether it's direct reports, clients, or your boss! Includes:

  • Developing others so your team capacity grows

  • Managing up and getting buy-in

  • Influencing teams
