This twice monthly group offers Emotional Intelligence coaching, skills development and practice for leaders who are out to apply EQ skills to their real world challenges. The online sessions support individuals to develop their leadership skills, to become the leaders they’re meant to be.

Eligible participants have completed Bolder Company’s “Change Challenge - Emotional Intelligence for Leaders” series or have completed an EQ-i2.0 Assessment with us.

Insight and Action meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4PM. Pre-registration is required
