The term “Imposter Syndrome” is often used to describe feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, particularly among high-achieving women and/or women in “non-traditional” occupations or fields. During this workshop, participants will focus on valuing their contributions, supporting each other, and shifting the conversation from “Imposter” to options that create a sense of personal power, openings for action, and cooperation and support from others.
